There's a few others, but these stand out the most for me.
EDIT:Actually, I'm gonna throw in Tony Hawk Pro Skater 4/Underground, Rayman 2: The Great Escape, Rayman(GBC) Sonic Adventure @ SA2: Battle, Super Mario Land 1 & 2, Wario Land, Bugs Life(GBC), Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes/3: Snake Eater, Silent Hill 2, God of War 1 & 2, Killzone 3, Dead Rising 1 & 2, Gears of War, Banjo Tooie, Bioshock, EarthBound, Super Mario RPG, Super Metroid, Bomber Man Hero, Paper Mario...
Ya, that's ALOT more than I first put. I'll add more if I think of more.
As for emotional endings, I'd have to say Final Fantasy X (PS2), Kingdom Hearts (PS2), and Tales of the Abyss (3DS).
As for a satisfying end to a great adventure, I'd have to say The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess (GCN), Super Metroid (SNES), The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (SNES), Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D (3DS), and Portal: Still Alive (360)
As for difficult conquers, there's Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword (DS), and Dead or Alive 4 (360).
Super Mario World (SNES) will always stand out, thanks to it being the first game I ever beat.
Currently Playing:
Switch - Blade Strangers
PS4 - Kingdom Hearts III, Tetris Effect (VR)
Ocarina of Time, Contra, Chrono Trigger, Xenoblade, Final Fantasy VI, Firem Emblem: Path of Radiance, Persona 4, Tales of Symphonia, Tales of Phantasia, Super Mario RPG and Terranigma x1000 come to mind. Man, there's so many I'm missing but really, these came to mind immediately.
Mega Man 9. Now I can do it in my sleep, but it took me a loooooong time to finish it the first time. Victory never tasted so sweet...and the awesome end credits music made it all worth it.
Well not Metroid Prime on the default difficulty, because that is a cake walk, but
beating Metroid Prime on the hardest difficulty, (Hypermode)
The Meta Ridely fight seriously takes over a half hour to beat, no matter how good you are at the game.
Demons Souls, beating that hard of a game makes you feel like a god. Especially without using other players help like I did... You have to have some mad skillz to do that I'm not that far from beating Dark Souls, which I'm sure will be much more rewarding.
I have multiple (Hard) feats I have accopmlished in gaming so it is hard to narrow it down just to that MP accomplishment.
Beating Resident Evil Remake on (Real Survivor) difficulty was quite the feat and I did it in under 5 hours.....

Aw man, I seriously have to go back at some point and finish the Mega Man games I haven't finished, I own the Anniversary collection and the 9 & 10, so yeah.
Backloggery. Now playing: 3D Dot Game Heroes, Donkey Kong, EarthBound Beginnings, Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams, and Pac-Man Championship Edition DX+.

Super Mario 64. I finally beat it when I was like 14 years old, over 8 years after I got the game. I played it off an on for those 8 years. As a young child, I could barely do anything. When I was around 12, I finally got to final Bowser, but I lost all of my 15 lives, threw the controller down, and was scarred for two years. In those two years, I got 119 stars. When I was 14, I strolled up the endless staircase, got eight red coins, bringing me to 120 stars, walked into the boss room, and crushed the creepy glowing polygonal Bowser that served as the final boss for the fantastic game that is Super Mario 64. As you can imagine, beating the game for the first time with 120 stars, eight years in the making, was an incredibly satisfying experience.
More recently speaking, I would say Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword, Kid Icarus: Uprising, Mario Kart 7, and Batman Arkham City: Armoured Edition.
Story wise, L.A. Noire and Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team.
Should probably mention that Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days left me incredibly dissatisfied when I beat it. In a good way, because it's what the storyline was meant to do, but still. It felt bad.
Challenge wise, Ninja Gaiden. I'm never playing that game ever again, though.
always thought I'd change to Gyarados after I turned 20 but hey, this is more fitting I guess. (also somebody registered under the original Magikarp name and I can't get back to it anymore orz)
