Some of these might be out before E3, but I included them anyway.
The main game I want to see at E3 this year is Animal Crossing 3DS. AC3DS is the big reason I bought a 3DS and I hope it comes out this year. I'd like to see the game in action at E3 and get more info on it (and a release date).
Other than that, I'm hoping to see Paper Mario 3DS, some more 3DS rpgs (Final Fantasy 6 remade for the 3DS? Or maybe Final Fantasy 7?!), and hints as to what Gameboy games we might expect on the eShop this year.
Wii wise I'm hoping we see some cool new games announced. I know we'll see Skyward Sword and probably the new Kriby game, but I'm hoping for some Wii suprises too.
Basically I'm hoping this E3 will be as good as or maybe even better than last year's E3 was for Nintendo!

I'm really excited for the Animal Crossing game too. I think the AC universe, with butterflies fluttering around and bees buzzing will look amazing in 3D.
I hope to see: -An announcement with the launch details and price for the PSP2. Hopefully, it launches in the US this year under $300. -A confirmation of great launch software for the PSP2. -New 3DS game announcements (Mario, Zelda, Metroid, Donkey Kong, Super Smash Bros, Street Fighter, Persona, NBA 2K) -More details on the E-shop, internet browser, and other 3DS features. -Next Nintendo console announcement and price

Along with everything a couple posts ago, I also want to see a trailer for Sonic 4: Episode 2, as well as some other Sonic surprises revealed for Sonic's 20th anniversary

Something fresh. While I certainly wouldn't mind seeing some footage of Super Mario 3DS, Uncharted 3 and Pikmin 3, what I want to see most is something new and forward-thinking.
