First off, since there hasn't been a Pixar world, character, power, ect. in the entire 10 year history of the series, I'm going to assume that for whatever reason, Square Enix either can't or won't use Pixar material (although I personally think both "The Incredibles" & "Brave" would be good fits).
Gargoyles - As it was a TV cartoon instead of a film, it probably has no chance of ever appearing, but it would be a great fit for the series. A well told tale involving both anchient magic, and advanced technology, it's a really good show. Also, there's at least 3-4 big villains, so the world could have some longevity in the series (since they wouldn't have to spam the same bad guy). It's really well animated, & I suggest you check it out, to see how well it would fit (first 2 seasons only. The show's creator left Disney after that, so the story & animation both suffered greatly in the 3rd & final season).
Wreck It Ralph - I haven't seen it yet, but it's set inside video games. Sure, they'd have to get rid of the licensed cameos (most likely), but it practically has 4-5 worlds within itself. Could possibly be good as an eventual replacement for the Tron worlds.
Also, I would eventually like to see the Destiny Islands world opened up a bit (so you can actually go to the area where Sora & co. live), and I eventually expect that Wonderland will be updated to fit the theme & look of the live action Alice in Wonderland from a few years ago.

Seriously though, I would love a world based on The Emperor's New Groove - fighting heartless and gliding around hills in the Inca hills, forests and Kuzco's massive palace, that would be epic. I also hope they actually make the Jungle Book world that got canned in BBS.
funnily enough, I think there are models of Buzz and Woody in one of the games, except it got canned as well for some reason

Actually now that you mention it, I do want to see SE's take on Star Wars too! iirc one of the earlier Final Fantasy games (was it IV, or V, I don't remember) was very heavily modeled upon Star Wars. Plus, the company's fascination with both Sci-Fi and large expansive worlds would lend quite nicely to the universe. It's probably a really long shot though :/

I think both wreck it ralph and star wars would be great. I also think that they should have the jungle book. It was in birth by sleep i think but never accessible without hacking even though the whole map was designed.
I've actually considered making a thread just like this for a while, but hey this will work fine. I guess first off Wreck-it Ralph would be a rather fitting place to go, if not TOO fitting if you know what I mean. As for the original world that I've been thinking about, Dinosaur would be awesome. You know, this Dinosaur.
It was my favorite movie as a kid. I think the plot could be (insert villain here) is using mind control on Krone, the leader of the herd, and is planning on using him to wipe out the dinosaurs for whatever reason. And Sora has to figure out how to free Krone while fighting off the meat-eating dinosaurs. It'd be cool.
