Topic: What Denotes a Mature Gamer?

I'm 39; I'm a mature gamer. The term really means nothing to me beyond how I would apply the term "mature" to any other person, i.e., "grown-up," but it's pretty clear that "mature" games are labelled as such in North America due to the ESRB rating applied to them. If people reading gaming press haven't picked up on that, well, maybe they should be reading things besides gaming press!

No, it's not an argument worth resurrecting. Please stop reviving threads where the last post was farther than 6 months ago, Electricmastro; at that point the discussion is usually too dated to continue. For your reference, as of right now, the cutoff point is December of last year.

If you'd like to discuss this, you're more than welcome to contact us and we'll be glad to further explain our stance on the matter.
