There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.

Rambles about how he only mentioned half of his favorites
“The revolution is not an apple that falls when it is ripe. You have to make it fall.” - "Some men are born mediocre, some men achieve mediocrity, and some men have mediocrity thrust upon them."
Half Life series (character interaction, seamless world, gameplay and story) Dragon Quest/Warrior series (played IV, V, VII so far, didn't pick up the PS2's DW VIII...) Trauma Center series (completed the collection last week, finally found the original UtK!) Burnout series - although while playing Paradise, I felt that something was missing. Takedown is my favorite, followed by PS2/Xbox's Revenge. Grand Theft Auto (for expanded environments and HUGE strides in the "sandbox" genre, NOT for the adult content). The top-down ones seem pretty good as well. The licensed music makes me burn through iTunes gift cards in a hurry. Tales series (whenever a NA version finally gets published). Legendia was my favorite, Symphonia 2 was the worst, and Eternia rates between both. The Abyss...meh. Breath of Fire series (all of the pre-PS2 games were decent, with BoF IV being my favorite) Spyro (original PS-X trilogy) - the music (Stewart Copeland), the graphics, the humor, the voice work and the gameplay. I purchased all three through PSN as the games have aged REALLY well and are still enjoyable. Wild Arms series - puzzle solving using certain characters' tools, as well as expansive worlds and stories. The first three will always be my favorites. Final Fantasy Tactics (in any shape or form). Whether having a convoluted plot, poor translation (PS-X, PSP) or childish characters (GBA, DS), FFT games earn around 120 hours of playtime on average (no exaggeration).
Bioshock Call of Duty Modern Warfare Ratchet and Clank Deus Ex Delta Force 1080 Waverace Metroid Smash Bros Tenchu Need for Speed Motorstorm Splashdown Doom Wolfenstien Uncharted
I'm stopping, this list could go on and on.

Ace Attorney Banjo-Kazooie Chibi-Robo Crazy Taxi Disgaea - I've grown tired of RPGs, but I still enjoy the franchise. Sadly, I do not own a PSP, so I've been missing out. Prinny looks very fun and Disgaea Infinite sounds interesting. Donkey Kong James Bond (All games before Goldeneye: Rouge Agent) LEGO (The ones made by TT) Kirby MOTHER Prince of Persia San Fran Rush Tony Hawk (THUG 1-2 and Pro Skater 1-3) Virtua Tennis WarioWare
