Topic: Weirdest glitch you've ever seen in a game

Whats the weirdest glitch you've ever seen in a game? It can be any game, doesn't matter what system. Heck, even an arcade game would be fine.

definitely the tweaking glitch in Pokémon Diamond, being able to use the bike in the fastest gear to break the overworld loading making you able to walk into a void and explore a tileset version of the game's map was just too awesome!

It also happened to someone on Youtube, but in that level of Super Mario Sunshine that is on a giant tree, I fell past the place where you should die and landed at the very bottom of the map.

The selection of glitches in Ocarina of Time that are used for the any% speedrun are quite cool. Check out Cosmo's youtube channel.
I especially like the one where you plant a bomb and then if you block it with you shield in a particular way, it shoots you backwards all the way across the map. Allowing you to cross Hyrule Field in seconds.

One time while playing that Wii Crystal Chronicle spinoff, I began swimming in the air.

The Wonderful 101 when you had to fight a boss in volcano - the boss disappeared and while he was chasing me I was invincible.

Glitch city in the original pokemon blue/red/yellow(?). It just looks so messed up.

In Mario Golf: World Tour, I was playing the Bowser Character Challenge and he ended up in the bunker. Then I noticed it was taking him a long time to line up a shot.

...then he just sort of started floating up into the air and his character model was twitching wildly.

That's when I just put the 3DS down and laughed uncontrollably.

But I think the best glitch EVER is still the one mentioned in the NintendoLife review of Doc Clock.

I was just about to say that. Anyone who hasn't experienced that yet, hasn't played enough Sunshine. I once managed to glitch Yoshi into the cage with the Shine Sprite in episode 8 of Ricco Harbor. Good old times!

Hmm, well, excluding ROM corruptions, I've seen quite a few good glitches. Everyone knows about the invisible barrel glitch from DKC2, which can get really weird. LEGO Island can get some amazing glitches if you abuse the debug features. Just type "OGEL" and have fun! One time I was playing Lego LOTR with my sister, and she tried using a pound-the-ground move with her sword but ended up flying upwards until she hit a button. One time when I was playing Super Metroid, one of those lava seahorse things spit at me, but for some reason it created some hilarious popping noise that sounded like it was making a raspberry or something. Project M for Brawl is also really glitchy. If someone gets a timer, and one person is still normal, a ton if weird stuff can happen. Like, if the normal speed player grabs a slow player then the slow player will start teleporting all over the place, and usually end up just exploding off screen. That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

The doghouse glitch from Link's Awakening DX is pretty awesome.

I just remembered another Sunshine glitch. I fell through part of the cliff side in Noki Bay and landed in the water behind the cliff face. I tried to get back onto the actual map, but the game pushed my below the water and I fell to my death in the zone below the stage.

In Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4, if you fall near the water tower in the Alcatraz area, sometimes it will make you respwn you in the bowl next to it; the falling animation will continue, and will have skateboarding sound effects, but you can't pause the game or do any moves. You have to reset the console, after that.

In Tony Hawk's American Wasteland, you can find an alley way(I can't remember which level) where you can go out of bounds to what looks like a pier type area. In order to get there, you have to dodge shadows. There's a corner of the map where you can't continue, and you can get stuck there. Sometimes you can do tricks forever, or the falling animation will happen, but you'll be stuck in the air. If you really care about playing the game anymore, you can try and menuever yourself out of the glitch, but it's basically random. If you happen to get out of the sky, you'll immediately slam to the ground.

I know I've seen more, but those ones stick with me more than any others. These are on the GCN versions of the game.
