Topic: Wash Your Hands!!

Don't normally make this kind of topic, but .....
I hate when people don't wash their hands when they use the restroom. What's your feelings on this? Why do you think people do this?

I was just always taught to do it. Plus I have this twisted thing where I always wash my hands before I sit down to play any of my game systems. Not sure what that started exactly.

Isn't this an old army joke or something?

A member of the armed forces and a marine are using the restroom, and the marine does not wash his hands afterwards, prompting the former to say, "in the army, they teach us to wash our hands after we piss." To which the marine replies, "in the marines, we learn not to piss on our hands."

I wash my hands too much, I'm obsessed!

Yeah, I think the first fella is in the Air Force, and the second is in the Army or Marines. At least that's how I've heard it told.

@Corbie-Yeah. I would think most people would have been taught that (though I saw a little kid that didn't recently in a public restroom.)
yea. I usually wash my hand before looking at my instruction booklets. Personally, if you did that at my house, it would be fine with me. If you don't watch it you can get sticky stuff on controllers from food or drink, maybe something like that started it?

Note to self- Never shake hands with a Marine.

Yeah everytime I'm at the bathroom at the mall or movies, I notice a lot of guys leave without washing their hands.

Is this really worth wasting thread space for ? I wash mine but damn is it worth discussing on a gaming site ? Sheesh

Wow, I do the same thing, I guess it's just a habit of mine.

It's uber-important, not as much as cats and dogs, but still.

So last week, at the office, I go to the bathroom. I of course perform my stand-up duty, finish, flush, and go to wash my hands. A dude was stepping out of a stall as I was finishing up. Upon my turn towards the sink, I see him arrive at the sink, kind of feint like he's gonna turn on the water, then for some reason decides better of it and leaves the bathroom unwashed. I must say that's the first time I've ever seen someone go through the thought process of "I should probably wash my hands after making virtually-direct anus contact", then decide against it and walk out. I'm still mortified.

I wash my hands after taking a poo, but after a wee...why? I mean how dirty is your d**k? I don't wee on my hands so what's the fuss. Do you wash your hands after shaking someones hand??? No didn't think so.

Whenever I see someone hasn't washed their hands after leaving a restroom I follow them, singing this loudly.

Well now that I know so many men don't wash their hands, I might start.

I mean, if a guy doesn't wash and then shakes your hand, you're effectively shaking their winky. Think about that.

@CC Yeah but their winky shouldn't be dirty in the first place so what's the biggy it's just another part of the body.Seriously where do the germs come from when having a wee? I don't get it! It's just piss guys and gals jeez.

Luigi, its one of the sweatiest places of the body and you're shooting waste product. Doesn't take a genius to realize that one should wash their hands after all. Its good hygiene and good manners.

Not to mention that some may not wash their vody as much as you think. Also what it someone had sex recently and didn't wash? Don't tell you couldn't possibly catch anything that way (nasty just to think about that anyways). Don't think some people don't do this.
