Also should say that the Mario & Luigi Dream Team XL (not sure about normal models) is on sale for $160 at Wal Mart, Winder Waker HD is on for $20 and Super Mario 3D World is on sale for $30.
My issue with walmart is the pricing. I live in NC and I have walmarts around me that are still selling NHL 08 for 60 bucks.
I snapped this picture last year at the Wal-Mart that is right next to my work. It's STILL on the shelf and the price hasn't changed. In my view, that game isn't worth that much and never was. Unbelievable!!!!

You are aware that (when not on sale), Wal-Mart sells games at MSRP, and Nintendo rarely changes the MSRP for their games. Blame Nintendo, not Wal-Mart.
Formally called brewsky before becoming the lovable, adorable Yoshi.

Well I've seen the later years of NHL remain at a cheaper price...granted I rarely go there for games so there may have been a sale going on but I don't think so.

Also, I've seen new copies of Other M in other stores...some as cheap as $4.99. It's true Nintendo rarely lowers it's prices but if it's been sitting on the shelf for over a year (perhaps more), I don't see why LOL-MART doesn't just lower the price or put it on sale.

As @ogo79 said, the SNS-RZ-USA is a prime giveaway that it's not a legit retail cart.
And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)
This is why I'll never go to popular stores for Video Games, ever.
I also found an Retro Video Games Store in Virginia. It's called Old Skool Videos Games and More. Old Skool had really good service and really nice Staff.
There's this one Wal-mart I know of that the one time I went there and the other time my Dad went there, EVERYTHING was awful.
The one time I went there, it had firetrucks and a car with a broken window outside, several angry customers, slim jims with bite marks and broken glass on the ground that a kid almost walked on (I think without shoes?)
