Topic: Video Games that should be Anime.

After seeing a An Anime Trailer for Bayonetta, i see that alot of Anime is pretty good, but a lot of bad VG movies are usually Live Action, so..I thought , if It's Anime that likes Video Game like FUNimation, Aniplex, etc. And i would want you to think of amazing VGs that should be Animes, here's mine:

Fire Emblem

You know what I mean ;D I really hope the next Kid Icarus game strays away from the cutesy moments that Kid Icarus: Uprising had and goes more dark tones. I'm not saying that the fact that it would be mature makes its it automatically better. I'm just saying that it would be nice for it to be more... you know. And it seems like KI: U kept getting really close to having dark moments but it pulled back because it was afraid of doing something different.

I like Pitt but man... He, in my opinion, is INCREDIBLY generic. Its like he just came out of the generic anime/video game character category. Hahah oh, man. I'm drifting off topic. Sorry. Last thing: KI: U shoulda gave Pitt more background and explained his past in the game. That would've took away the generic personality he has.

@Blastoise-san Don't care for Pit more interest in Magnus. But your right I hate generic characters as well.

@ShadowFox254 AWWW YEAH. Nice, man. I really hate generic anime characters. Especially generic characters of guys that are either "so upbeat that it gets annoying" glances at Sora from Kingdom Hearts or "so macho that they get bland". LOL and lets not forget how anime/manga are these days... "The main guy has a dark side or a really powerful side that the reader/viewer admires because he's so bada**. *looks at Goku from DBZ, Ichigo Kurosaki from Bleach, Naruto from Naruto, Luffy from One Piece, Rikuo from Nura, Train Heartnet from Black Cat, and the list just runs on. I don't have a huge problem with that but that is defintely becoming a consistent thing in aniime/manga now. Have you noticed? I won't even speak on generic female characters... >.>

@Blastoise-san Yeah, but less when it comes to the harem genre hate that the main guy is weak, but still gets the girls and then suddenly becomes OP for a lame reason. And yes, I don't mind a bit of fan service, but to much is boring, and wish that female characters become more interesting

Pac-Man

Sonic had 2 cartoons at the same time, so why not give Pac-Man an anime along with the Ghostly Adventures?

I would love to see Fire emblem awakening as a anime or anime movie to bad it will most likely never happen

My dream anime of video game adaptations (Hyperdimension Neptunia and Devil Survivor 2) have already been made.

I wouldn't want to destroy any of my favorite video game franchises with an anime.

Touhou.....not the fan made anime of Touhou but a real studio made Touhou Anime.

I always thought they could make a big Touhou game that is based in Gensyoko but only have Yukari in it from the actual franchise. Like you can make your own person (like Elder Scrolls) have different history choices (like dragon age) and make it play like a open world fighting game.

But ya, Touhou would be a good anime.

WarioWare might work as an anime or cartoon series, it's already pretty much in the same style with the cutscenes. And you could have extremely short episodes focusing on different characters.

Interestingly, I also think Paper Mario might work for some sort of TV series. I mean, it's already got the basic format of a TV series like Doctor Who or such like with the self contained chapters that fit into an 'arc' with a conclusion/finale at the end, so you could probably adapt the games to a season each pretty well. Just have each chapter as an episode, the greater 'Thousand Year Door/Count Bleck destroying all worlds' thing as a background element that ties the stories together and is resolved in the finale, and Bob's your uncle. Indeed, given how Paper Mario 2 and Super Paper Mario are basically parodies of various genres of fiction, that reminds me of a lot of TV shows even more.
