Skyworld would be cool, only Palutena would have to give me a set of wings first so I could actually get around since all the buildings are floating islands. As for modern conveniences, they seem to have a lot more then first thought. I can order pizza, and even surf the web.

Harvest Moon!! Everyone always seems so cool in those games, it would be nice to just screw urban life and spend some long years in the countryside, farming tomatoes that grow once every ten days

Funny I read this after beating Arkham City on the Wii U. haha. That's not a very nice place to live to say the least.
The Mushroom Kingdom seems like a pretty happy place. Maybe there. Or Yoshi's Island. All I can think of off the top of my head.

Hyrule castle town from Twilight Princess always seemed like a rather nice place to live. Though I suppose you'd have to make sure not to befriend the weird bug girl...
