I hold PS1, SNES, and Neo Geo in higher regard than any of the consoles you listed so...meh.

Nintendo Switch (well, this is a Nintendo fan site, so what did you expect?)
PS4 - best non-Nintendo exclusives of this generation
3DS - backwards compatiblity with DS and virtual console puts it ahead of the Sony handheld
PSP/Vita - ranking them together, because why not?
PlayStation 3
DS - thanks to GBA compatibility
Wii U - weird system with great games - but not enough of them
PlayStation 2 - possibly deserves to be above the PS3, but its software library is just showing its age too much
Wii - even creakier than the PS2
Xbox One/Xbox 360 - have no interest in any Xbox exclusives, and don't particularly even like the branding.
1. Switch easily tops the list - best console I've ever owned easily. The core "Switch" idea is perfection.
2. 3DS - Streetpass, backwards compatibility and an outstanding library of exclusive titles.
3. Xbox 360 The non-Nintendo machine I enjoyed the most.
4. Gamecube - the winner of its generation for me with its exclusive titles and the GB Player
5. PS2 for its huge library and DVD player functionality - that was a great move by Sony.
6. Wii U - makes the Wii nearly obsolete and was a great idea with flawed execution.
(If GBA were mentioned, I'd rank it above the 360 but below 3DS and I'd put N64 after it)
It's not worth ranking the rest - I don't dislike any of them but I don't feel too fondly toward them either.
PS3/4 and Blue Ray players with some cool games.
Wii is obsolete if you have a Wii U and a Gamecube.
3DS plays DS games.
PS Vita and PSP just never held my interest very much but they were good machines.
I'd also add that NES, SNES, Sega Mega Drive, PS1, Xbox and Dreamcast, all had great games but I don't feel strongly enough to rank them.
There's really been no console I've strongly disliked that I played - though I hated the duke original Xbox controller. I really don't miss wired controllers at all. Going back to even front lit or dark screens of older handhelds is honestly painful. I'm also really glad that everything uses HDMI now and more and more devices use standardized power cables - USB-C.
Oh I forgot Xbone. That's because I regularly forget it exists. I have zero interest in it.
Sigh, the poor PSP/Vita is not getting a lot of love here! I still play my PSP even now. Persona 3 Portable, Trails in the Sky, Ys... Great machine. The Vita was even better, but utterly abandoned - it's the Wii U of handhelds.
TBH, I will always love handhelds - it goes all the way back to the Game Gear for me. Might have to reorder my list...
1. PS4 - Timing probably has a lot to do with it, as I only got it last year, and as such there was a glut of top shelf content at great prices available the moment I turned it on, and it's absolutely spoiled me. I also ended up splurging for the VR kit which offers a cool way to play games, and am interested in seeing how this sector grows.
2. Switch - It has a solid (& growing) list of exclusives, and has become my go to platform to play 6th & (some) 7th gen remasters on. It's going to have a fantastic library by the time it's all said & done, and admittedy awesome playing big games like BotW on the go.
3. DS - The DS was a very special system for me. It was the first system I bought with my own money (as in, from a job), and as such it was the first system a built a large library for. It was a great lineup to boot.
4. Xbox 360 - My main system for the 7th gen, I built quite a good & diverse library on it.
5. 3DS - Pretty decent library with some great games, though I didn't have a job for the middle of it's life, which limited the amount I got for it. 3D effect was cool.
6. PS2 - Have a lot of fond memories of it, and it got me into quite a few franchises, but thinking back on it, I mostly just played around with the annual Dragon Ball & WWE games, so I didn't have the most diverse library.
7. Wii - Home to some real gems, but my memories of it are also a bit tarnished due to quite a bit of "meh", or bad experiences that I was goaded into playing.
8. PS3 - Have one, but don't really use it. It's mostly a DVD player, but I did play & really enjoy InFamous on it.
N/A. PSP/Vita, Wii U, & Xbox One - Never played.
