Topic: Underrated Games

@Alpha2797 Ristar was just released at a bad time, which is a shame, since it's a great game and stuff. Hopefully we can see Ristar shine again one day, and hopefully playable in something, and not just a cameo or flagman.

I just remembered another highly underrated game that truly needs a sequel just like the Ty the Tasmanian Tiger series.

Comix Zone. It's a fairly decent game with an awesome sense of style!

Zelda 2, Metroid 2, and yes.. yes. Metroid Other M. It is one of the "not so good" metroid games, but it is by no means as bad as critics and anyone says it is.

Metroid, Metroid Prime Hunters and Metroid Other M are all underrated. In my opinion, all three of these games are better than Metroid Prime and one of them I consider even better than Super Metroid. Respectively, I feel Metroid, Hunters and Other M have the series' most addictive single player replay feature, most engrossing atmosphere and most entertaining combat.

How is Kid Icarus: Uprising underrated? People love that game. In fact, many say it's the best 3DS game.

Aura aura climber, the shantae series, Kid Icarus uprising, and DJ hero series. MVP baseball 2005 was also greatly underrated, but this being a european site, I don't know how many of you have baseball games.

Is this real? If so, that's hilarious. Not to make fun of other sports but this seems like it couldn't be more than a mini game in warioware. Maybe I'm wrong.

For all the flak it gets, I really think MM7 is a really solid game in it's own right, even if it isn't as fast paced as the NES games in the series. I'd even put it in my top 5 games in the series just because the weapons, secrets and overall challenge were oh so satisfying.

Honestly, that would be in my top 5 Mega Man games if weren't for the rediculous Final Boss...

I think really the problem is that it came after Mega Man X, which was a better game in every way.

@CanisWolfred I didn't have much of a difficult time with the Wily Capsule. If you want an easy time, just bring in a full stock of E tanks, Weapon energy and Special tanks and Hit him with a charged Wild coil. Also if you think you can't dodge the orbs, just get yourself hit with the yellow ones since they deal less amounts of damage.

@DiscoDriver43 I agree that the first MMX is the better game, but on its own, MM7 is a different beast and can hold its own. also I had more fun with the Rush adaptor than I did with the Fully upgraded X armor (w/ the hadoken powerup). I still think this is a worthy upgrade as far as the Classic series go.

Jet set Radio is not underrated at all where did you come to that conclusion.

It is a Sega franchise not named Sonic, which alone puts it in the underrated territory and it was on the Dreamcast. An underrated game console.
