Twilight Princess but only just so. Wind Waker is a close second, but those terrible dungeon designs brind it down enough for TP to win out.

I love Twilight Princess, but I prefer The Wind Waker. It seemed more interesting to me with the bright colors. The sailing was a pain, but the rest of it was good.
