I'm surprised at the amount of people saying twilight princess. It's easily wind waker for me which is (IMO) the second best zelda, second to Majora's mask.
The Wind Waker for me. I got it at a time when I didn't read reviews, so other people's opinion's never made me think the sailing was tedious. And I still have no problem with it.
I really like the humor and the art style of the Wind Waker.
Twlight Princess by far. Wind Waker was an excellent game, but I started to tire of the endless sailing around collecting Tri-Force pieces. The cartoony cell-shaded graphics were a nice chance from the usual, but didn't really seem right for a Zelda game IMO. But certainly both games must be played. If you never played The Wind Waker back on the Gamecube, please go buy a copy on eBay(or wherever) to play on your Wii.
Both games are, gameplay-wise for me, fairly tedious and tired.
Wind Waker was at least pretty.

There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.
I prefer Wind Waker as is was one of those Zelda games that did something new whilst Twilight Princess was rather familiar, particularly to Ocarina of Time fans like me.
The sailing itself wasn't exactly boring as there was plenty of stuff to do and see on that vast ocean, but rather the long time it took to get from place to place.
