Topic: Tracking Usernames

Is there any way to keep track of usernames on NL? People seem to change their avatars and usernames (something I've never been able to do on any other forum I've been on) and it confuses me a lot. Is there a way of finding out people's username histories that I don't know about?

There's a thread around where people were posting about their username changes, but that's entirely voluntary. Admins can see a list of username changes, so I always know who's who, lol (and if you're that curious, you can always ask :3). A user's previous username will normally redirect to their current one if you're suspicious of someone — see OlympicCho or BossJumpMad for example. :3

OK, cool. Sometimes I can't remember people's old names, but that helps.

Of course, often it'll take me months to realise - there have been people who I've figured have left NL before, only to find out months later that they changed their username and avatar at the same time and I've been reading their posts all along...

I have never changed my username, it's silly and confuses people.

That's the fun of it.
