Topic: Top 5 Worst Sonic Games

The PS3 and 360 versions sucked more.

I know I said this in another topic, but I actually liked the Werehog sections in Unleashed. Of course I'm also a huge fan of Beat'em- Ups (which is what the Werehog levels are basically) and I have the Wii version which does not have the "God of War" finishing system that the 360 and PS3 versions have.

As for the topic at hand, I haven't played every Sonic game out there, But I can think of three bad ones off the top of my head.
1.Sonic 3D Blast
2. Sonic R
3. Sonic The Fighters

Here, I'll list the 8 worst games:

1. Sonic 2006 (PS3 & X360)
2. Sonic Genesis (GBA)
3. Tails's Skypatrol (Game Gear)
4. Sonic Heroes (GC, PS2, XBOX)
5. Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity (Wii)
6. Sonic Riders (GC, PS2, XBOX)
7. Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine (Genesis)
8. Sonic 3D Blast (Genesis)

Why are some people saying Sonic Adventure DX? That's the 2nd best 3D Sonic game after Sonic Adventure 2: Battle. Sure, Big's fishing levels sucked, and Knuckles's and Amy's levels weren't as good as I would've liked, but the rest of the game was great.

Well, considering I'm not a big Sonic fan, having grown up during the Sonic/Mario rivalry, I haven't played too many Sonic games, but Sonic 3D blast is by far the worst of the 9 games I can remember I've played

I agree that the Werehog levels in the Wii version of Unleashed are decent, as I also love beat-'em-ups, but I also love fighting games, and I think Sonic the Fighters is pretty good. I actually like playing that game more than Sonic CD when I boot up Gems Collection. As for Sonic R, it certainly has its faults, but I think the Riders games are quite a bit worse.

Pretty much my same thoughts LOL, but I have to add Sonic Genesis for GBA ew.

Dead serious. I was probably a little too easy on them in my post, truth be told.

In my opinion I would take Sonic 3D Blast off the list because the Saturn version actually makes the game respectable. I found that version have more polish and better gameplay than the Genesis version.

I think Sonic R should be higher on the list. That game is nearly unplayable

Sonic 3D blast is the best 3D Sonic.

I would agree with that at this point

1. Shadow the Hedgehog
2. Sonic Unleashed
3. Sonic Spinball
4. Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine (not sure if this one counts exactly)

And that's it. Haven't played very many bad Sonic games (remarkably. )

Harsh, not even an exception for S3 or S&K D:

I can agree with people disliking even the earlier 3d ones, the earliest was glitchy, the 2nd was going along the right tracks, the 3rd almost got there with the exception of some dislikable gameplay for some and terrible voice acting, and then it's been a spiral downhill from there.

The only bad Sonic games I can think of are Sonic Spinball (Game Gear version), Sonic 1 (Game Gear version), and..........that's pretty much it. Haven't played much bad Sonic, especially NextGen.
