I don't even have that many yet, but got 9 since I bought my DSi in May. I like them all but my overall favorites are:

Chrono Trigger
Disgaea DS
Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia
TWEWY

Shouldn't this topic be more suited in the DS forum though? Why do you all put everything in General when there is a category for this..

1.Densetsu no Stafy:Taiketsu! Dire Kaizokudan (the Japanese version of The Legendary Starfy, but I liked it better than the English release).
2.The World Ends With You
3.Yoshi's Island DS
4.Izuna: Legend of the Unemployed Ninja
5.Chibi Robo Park Patrol
6.Animal Crossing Wild World
7.Mario Kart DS
8.The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass
9.Puyo Puyo 7 (the series has nostalgic value and you can't go wrong with this one)
10.Windy X Windam (doubt many would agree)

Bleach DS 4th Flame Bringer wasn't actually that great (flawed in plenty of areas) to me but somehow the sum was greater than its parts. It would almost reach the Top 10.
EDIT: Dang, forgot about Pokemon Platinum, that would probably cut out Windy x Windam. Too late now though.

That's a toughy. I don't have many DS games that I really flat out love, but out of the thirty-some games in my collection, my top ten favorites are probably:

1. N+
2. Civilization: Revolution
3. Chrono Trigger
4. New Super Mario Bros.
5. Sonic Rush
6. Age of Empires: Mythologies
7. Lock's Quest
8. Geometry Wars: Galaxies
9. Henry Hatsworth in the Puzzling Adventure
10. Mario Kart DS
