Seriously though I'm no longer surprised the reaction to the list has been generally positive on here. A vastly disproportionate represenentation from retro Nintendo games at the top of the list?

Yeah, TOTALLY legit.

It would only be possible if you don't undertake the impossible task of ranking the 50 or 100 games.

I've done it before. It took surprisingly little effort for me, so it's not like it's impossible. It's just work.

What I meant is that a top 50/100 games list of all time is much easier to agree with if the games aren't ranked - that amount of subjectivity shouldn't be added to such a list. Of course you could rank your top 50/100 games personally, and I wasn't implying that doing so would be difficult.

Of course i dont 100% agree with this list, but hey, its a decent list with some really great games in it.
So yeah, its a great list.
