Now I'm bumping this just to say...that the streaming on my computer...is just slow. No clue what the deal is, because the internet connection is just fine...

It could be some component in your computer thats making the streaming slow. Not sure what your set up is so I cant say.

Well, I dunno what to say...you think it could be the selection itself? Like I having issues with Invader Zim, but when I decide to watch something else like the Sorcerer's Apprentice, it runs perfectly fine.

To be honest I dont know if that could be a problem. Especially if Invader Zim works fine on your Wii or Xbox for example and than it doesnt work too good on your PC. If thats the case than I am more inclined to say its your PC. Best bet you can always contact Netflix with your problems and see what they have to say.

That's another problem...I can't contact them as far as I know...I click the "Contact Us" link and it takes me to that Report a Problem page, and all I can see are a few options of problems and then asks me which episode or movie. (and the problem selections doesn't seems to have my problem listed, and there's like...only 6 options...ugh)
EDIT: Apparently the only thing they have is calling them...don't they have an email or something? >_>
EDIT2:Yeah I really have no clue what's causing it, I know its my computer...but why certain episodes of Zim...I'm confused! xD

@BellGORiiing: The only thing else is maybe see what the minimum requirements are for streaming and than look at your PCs hardware and see if it meets the requirements. It could be something like your vid card or something. Also maybe check your internet connection like cords etc. that could be it as well. I know I watched Invader Zim a few months ago and never ran into a problem I watched some of them on my PC and some on my Xbox. Have you tried that episode lately on your PC to see if its viewable?

Yeah apparently you can only call them.

Yeah, I don't think requirements is an issue, my computer is pretty well up there, lol. But if it weren't then it would make sense for this to happen on everything I watched on the computer. But some friends of mine have told me that Netflix in general has been giving them similar issues, so...I dunno....

Been watching through the new or should I say newer episodes of Battlestar Galactica. This is coming from someone who hasn't seen the original series but this show, the one made in the mid 2000s is amazing. The acting is pretty fantastic and character development is pretty mindblowing in my opinion. One of the best shows I've seen in a while and I can't believe I never gave it a chance before. Also I can't remember but did I recommend Babylon 5 before? I will again anyway because it's my favorite Sci-fi series ever. Give it a chance past the first season too as the first season is kinda meh with bright spots here and there. After the first season though the show really gets amazing.

@Vay: i loved watching Babylon 5 when i was younger, but it was on so late i could only catch an episode here and there. i tried to get my mentor into it recently so we could watch it but he got bored after the first two episodes and we went back to Stargate Universe (irony?)

that said, NewsRadio is on streaming, and it is absolutely hilarious. It's got Phil Hartman, Andy Dick, and that one guy from Kids in the Hall (i love him, he's so adorable~)... once we're finished with SGU i hope he'll let us watch that instead, i'm so sick of sci-fi at the moment :/

@TBD: I loved Phil Hartman on News Radio and the Simpsons, he just always cracked me up. I never really liked News Radio with John Lovitz. After Phil Hartman's death I just didnt like it afterwards. No disrespect to John Lovitz but I just didnt find him as funny as Phil.

Just found that they have Scream and Scream 2 for instant now been wanting to see the Screams again for a long time. Hopefully they will stream the third one here soon before the release the fourth one on DVD. Also I just added Jeff Dunhams comedy specials to my instant queue as well.

Anyone watch LOST on instant? A few of my friends are watching it too, and I have to say, it's one of the most addictive and masterfully created shows on Earth. I would even say its now my favorite show of all time. And that's saying something, since I also watch things like Fringe and NCIS and other highly-rated dramas. Plus, all 120 episodes are available on instant!

So if you haven't seen it yet, WATCH IT!!! You won't regret it.

Ugh you gotta convince your mentor to stick through the first season of Babylon 5. It's rough in the beginning with only a few gems here and there. Season 2 and beyond is so good though. And I looovvvveee News Radio. I watched that show religiously back in the day. Still cracks me up. One of my favorite quotes "When I was a child, I thought as a child and spoke as a child. When I became a man, I took that child out back and had him shot." - Phil Hartman. God I miss that show. I even loved Joe Rogan and Andy Dick in that show. Says more about the writers than anything.

Also he better not get too attached to Stargate Universe. I heard Sci-fi is done with that show. I thought it was pretty well done despite the over the top dramatic acting at parts. But still the last episode I haven't finished because its disc only still, but I've been feeling like whats the freakin rush? The series is probably dead now anyway.

Just finished watching a History Channel documentary called America: The Story of Us. If you are like me and like that sort of thing I recommend this one it was pretty interesting. It coverd from the Pilgrims landing up to now with everything else in between. Next I am thinking of watching Ken Burns documentary The Civil War.

I haven't been keeping up with this thread, but I don't know if you guys know about this site: http://instantwatcher.com

It actually shows you when things are expiring on Netflix, and it shows a bunch of Kurosawa films expiring on June 21st. You've got to watch these awesome films before it's too late: Hidden Fortress, High and Low, Ikiru, Sanjuro, Seven Samurai, Yojimbo.

It's also really helpful for Canadians, because it shows you exactly what our very limited selection is, which is apparently about 10% of what's on US Netflix — boo! I guess they figured since we have 10% of the population we only need 10% of the content.

Lol I added that as well to my queue. They also have the She-ra series as well for stream. Now all we need is Thundercats and I will be a happy man.
