Topic: Gaming Sins Thread

Come on in child here you may confess your gaming sins(things you did in a game that you shouldn't have done or something most people generally didn't do when they play the game.) May society and the AI you tortured forgive you. We do not judge here even if you're a monster.

Two off the top of my head are in Midnight Club 3 DUB Edition I'd take bikers and smash into anything and record the distance of how far I went and try and out fling my friends and driving backwards and off road in regular races with friends taking as long as possible in Mario Kart Double Dash.

Purposely die in Super Meat Boy so I could have a giant herd of Meat Boys when I finished the level. At least in the earlier levels, then I found out that I'll just die a lot all the time...

It's not that I didn't want to follow the rules, it's just that I didn't know any better, but I completed all of Mario Kart Double Dash and Mario Kart Wii withoutever drifting at all. I didn't know what drifting really was until Mario Kart 7, and that was fairly recent. O3O

Is.. Is that even possible? You must be pretty good I can't win a single race without drifting.

In Super Mario 64, with some very careful wall jumping outside, you can get onto the top of the castle without having to wait for the canon that pops out at the end of the game. Very hard to pull off, but rather neat.

Oh yeah, I didn't realise you could drift until mario kart wii. It's doable without it.

I can do quite well in Mario Kart 8 without drifting, so if things work similarly in previous games, it shouldn't be too difficult.

Good driving does make a big difference, thankfully.

the only Mario Kart game that drifting was truly important was MKDS in my opinion(didn't play all Mario Karts so if I'm wrong correct me please), I mean, if you try to race in any other Mario Kart like you do in DS and the chances are you're going to lose for trying too hard to drift all the time(or at least that's what happened to me)

Without drifting is is even more boring than it is anyway.

back on topic, I loved to beat the 4th gym before the third one in the original Pokémon games(and their remakes)

In my wild and carefree days i pushed A to begin instead of Start.

Ok this one is kinda sad but after hearing people talk about HAL Nintendo making Kirby Air Ride 2 I remembered something I used to do. I hope I'm when I say this but to experience a 3-D kirby Game I went to City Trial Free Run Jumped off my wheelie bike and ran around the world making my own Kirby Adventures. the shame the shame.

So... I wasn't the only one who did that when I was smaller. Learn something new every day.

Grab an 18-Wheeler in GTAV and drive into oncoming traffic on the freeway....

That doesn't count everyone spend most of their time doing something evil in GTA I mean my friend told my GTA 4 had a story. My mind was blown that day.

I do. Then once I beat the story I just goof around.

I used to play time trials on Mario Kart Double Dash and then drive every and any which way I pleased around the tracks to find all of the short cuts and the best routes.

I used to make it a goal to destroy every single thing in some of the levels for no reason at all on the Spongebob Squarepants Movie game. i also did this sort of senseless thing in Shrek 2 where I would throw all the slugs in the swamp on level 1 into the pond or something, because I thought it was funny. I didn't have a lot of games back then, so you can see what the result was.

Not really, can't think of anything....Most of it are just silly mistakes. The last one I could think of is that time in Rune Factory 4 where I threw a bird at Dolce. lol
