Topic: The Wiire is Dead

Did anybody else like this site? Well, if you did it is dead.

Go visit thewiire.com, it says the account has been suspended.

So, I found @mikesuzek on Twitter and I asked him what happened.

I just tweeted @IanMikutel and asked. I post what I find.

So did anybody else really enjoy that site? It was my second favorite Nintendo site ;P, and my favorite podcast (sorry James).

I never visited the site but I listened to the podcast once and found it just dreadful. And not just because it didn't have me on it.

Never heard of it.

I'm so sad now!

I always thought their site was lacking, I guess because I had been on Nintendo Life for sometime and was use to robust updates. The podcast...oh lord, it was a joke, to say the least. I had listened for some time, because I just love gaming podcasts and stuff, but theirs was the bottom of the barrel. They were always screwing up very simple information and just seemed really unprepared all the time in their discussions. I figured they were going to be calling it quits soon since they took a huge hiatus, and did a few very sporadic episodes. So yeah, them closing the site doesn't phase me, I just hope some of the better writers on their can find a site they enjoy...didn't feel the love on The Wiire.
