Oh noes! We lost by 1, big whoop...America is still the best at all the major sports we play in the long run, except for soccer. Real Americans could care less about that sport. We'd probably enjoy it more if it was as intense as it is in your continent.

@ballkirby -- actually, a lot of these real Americans you speak of are quite into golf. Soccer is also considerably more interesting than most of the sports we're into. It's also kind of a misnomer to say that Americans are amazing at all sports...the average american is fat and gets a doctor's note so he doesn't have to play sports. Our talent is....let's say imported. Look at an American baseball team roster--I haven't seen anything that hispanic since Vega fought Ricky Martin on El Street Fighter Cinco.
That said, we lost....Still, we get US only and you guys get all sorts of different European countries I gotta justify the loss somehow....

I know a lot Americans play golf because I play golf...a lot. I never said we didn't care about golf, just we don't care that much for soccer. That fat thing only happens in the southern states like Texas and Mississippi. Not much in the Northern states. I do enjoy you're unoriginal stereotypes though. We are also the best at Basketball, Baseball, and for the most part golf and hockey despite two very close loses. And no-one else in the world can handle football, except Canada.

Totally forgot about Rugby. We play that here, too. The only problem though is that all the people that could be great rugby players play football, because you get more money, fame, and everything else you need for a successful life. Now here are some pictures of how great American Football is:
