Puzzle #9

Here are some common sayings with one letter switched or removed in them. For multiple words, only one letter per word can be changed or missing. Good luck; you must solve all of them, but you get 2 points. :D

Looking at this, it was really easy. :P Wish I had noticed this when posting. But @Tricolor Got it first, so he gets the points. :)

Puzzle #10

You are a world-renowned archeologist on the verge of discovering a hidden chamber deep in a great pyramid. After using your expert decoding skills, the scribbles on the wall were revealed to say:
236,719,458
What is so special about this number? This is the key for entering the tomb.
(Note: It is not that the numbers are all different.)

Puzzle #11

You are now even more famous of an archeologist than before. Your discovery of pickles yesterday really shocked the scientific community, and the world!
To live up to your new expectations you decided to find the lost city of Atlantis. However this is more difficult than you had perceived due to another lock. This one had the following on it:

5210 3721 4520 81[X]

What number should go in the [X] spot?

Puzzle #12

You are a rich casino owner, who owns billions of dollars and a large estate. You have gained wealth through frugal spending and wise decisions.
You have recently hired the ACME building company to construct a new Casino on the outskirts of Los Angeles. However, upon the finishing of construction, you realize you needed to change one of the roulette wheels! Almost every person who goes up wins after 2 tries, and is losing you money! The roulette wheel has the following numbers in this order:

10, 6, 5, 3, 2, 8, 4, 1, 9, 7, 11

The first person won with an 8. The second won with a 4.
If the third person won with a 3, what did the next person win with?
