Use this clue to gather information." The picture shows a set of stairs in front of a regal facade in the capital city. However multiple people are sitting on the steps, all very different from another. There is a caption on the picture: "Man A is standing on the middle step. Woman A is 5 steps above him. Man B is 2 steps below Woman A. Woman B is 9 steps above Man B. Woman B is 6 steps from the top." You are tasked with meeting with a superior to continue your mission at the top step the next day. What number step are you meeting on?

After the first spin, the number on the board moves from the previous answer according to the following algebraic pattern: (-1^(x-1))(2x-1). Spoken, my formula is "negative 1 to the power of the quantity x minus one times the quantity two times x minus 1", where a negative result moves the number left, a positive one right, and x is the number of the spin after the first one (i.e. when x=2 it is the spin where the roulette started on 4 and landed on 3. Hopefully that's right.
