To be honest, I'm actually surprise that nobody has made an Super Smash Bros. 4 thread yet, so I decided to make one myself. I hope you enjoy this thread while discussing any ideas you may have for Super Smash Bros. 4. I'll start it off:

Alternate costumes with an * beside there names must be unlocked by meeting the certain requirement for unlocking them. Mega Man X and gaining more color swap to Yoshi are unlocked immediately after meeting a certain requirement, however, unlocking Dark Link takes a step further, as you must not only meet an certain requirement, but also fight him with Link and defeat him, even if you achieve an requirement with another character, you will use Link against Dark Link.

Now you're probably wondering "What are the orange squares with no characters?". Well, they are DLC characters you downloaded. They cost from 50 to 200 points individually? You can only have two characters at a time in your character roster, however, you can download as many DLC character as your heart content in your hard drive or SD Card.

What is your opinion on my character roster? Rate any character roster from 0 to 100. That's right, you can make an written or picture character roster. If you don't know how to make an character roster, I can explain, trust me, I had an similar problem just a couple of weeks ago.
As long as one single Golden Sun character gets in playable, I'll be sitting pretty on cloud nine. So you get +100,000,000 bonus points for putting him on your list.
As for me, my character roster is this:
Yes, I did put four Golden Sun characters (five, if you count Isaac's swapout with Felix). Sue me.
I'll come back later to flesh it out; I've gotta be on my way for now.

There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.
I like the idea for a new Smash Bros., and naming it Clash. But there are WAY too many characters in both of these.
And some I can't even imagine how they would fight. I mean, K.K. Slider? What, is he going to smack people with the guitar? Ridley would be much too big, and so on.
But I like the idea for a Diddy/Dixie Kong thing like in Donkey Kong Counrty 2. That would be awesome. So would Saki, Samurai Goroh, and Krystal.
As long as one single Golden Sun character gets in playable, I'll be sitting pretty on cloud nine. So you get +100,000,000 bonus points for putting him on your list.

1st Row: Perfect 2nd Row: Other then Funky Kong, great list 3rd Row: It's great too, althought you're missing Toon Link. 4th Row: Perfect too. 5th Row: I would suggest adding a 4th Kirby character, but it's excellent still. 6th Row: Perfect 7th Row: No complaints 8th Row: Other then Mike (Which I disapprove of.), great list. 9th Row: Saki could work, but no to Andy and KK Rider. So-so 10th Row: It sucks big time. Only Issac should get in. 11th Row: You end the roster in a perfect note.
Very good character roster, I give it an 81/100. You have a few kins that needs to be worked out, but it gets the job done.

Name four special moveset and an Final Smash for Funky Kong, replace him with Dixie, or drop a fourth Donkey Kong character all together.

I do want an Animal Crossing character, so I suggest replacing K.K. Rider with Tom Nook. For the Advance War series, put Andy in a tank, give out four special moves, and a Final Smash, or a similar plan, otherwise the series should not be represented with a playable character.
Hey, I don't have to change my list for you! It's completely subjective; it's who I personally would like to see. You can take it or leave it. And in all honesty, I don't think it would be too hard to think up a movelist for every one. Captain Falcon would be much harder than Funky imo, and Falcon got a moveset.
Obviously, if I was actually the man in charge of developing the next SSB, I'd put a heck of a lot more thought into who deserves to get in. The roster I have now is my fanboyish wish.
And boy is it fanboyish... 5 GS characters (giggles) and you haven't even seen how many Assist Trophies are from the same game (giggles again).

Ah, don't worry about it, Smash Bros. Fan. Your points are all right on. I'd definitely take a lot of what you said into consideration for a real Super Smash Bros. 4. That list was more for fun than the real deal.
I think I was probably a tenny bit sad 'cause of how beautiful that screenshot is. I made it myself. In Microsoft Powerpoint.

I hope in the next one they add miis and there attacks would be Using a Tennis Racket, a Cow Getting Fit, and Music, and their Final Smash a is a Mii Parade!!!

The current roster is great. But in the next game they should add new nintendo characters like:
Isaac (golden sun) Saki (S&P) Little Mac (Punch out) Ray MK (custom robo) Geno (Mario RPG) Lyn (Fire Emblem) Darknut/Link's sidekick (loz: spirit tracks) Pokemon trainer with 3 new pokemon (pokemon) S. Goroh (f-zero)
And only five 3rd parties: Sega (Sonic) Capcom (mega man) Konami (Solid Snake) Square Enix (Crono) Hudson (bomberman)
