@3Dash
Unfortunately, copies of the MPT are going for 70-90 dollars. It's all so worth it to play MP1 and MP2 with Wii pointer controls though.

1. Metroid Prime 2: Echoes
I love the atmosphere in the Metroid Prime games. This theme really personifies how Echoes feels and manages to be catchy as well.

2. Paper Mario: Sticker Star
While it is a little short, the song is just so joyful and happy and I love it.

1) Prime 2
2) The Denpa Men
For an upbeat game like Paper Mario Sticker Star, its surprising that the title music doesn't match the gameplay too well. Thats my opinion anyways.
Listen to the other games. However Paper Mario N64 isn't the best example, it still sounds really cool.

1. Metroid Prime 2: Echoes

I was expecting the Jet Set Radio Future music to be groovy and for me to love it, I was mistaken. The Prime 2 music is very atmospheric and suits the game perfectly.

2. Paper Mario: Sticker Star

I think this theme is very nice, I like how I can hum along to it every time I start the game.

1. MP2
Wow... since I was not a fan of the first game's theme, I had no idea just how good this really was... it's... beautiful. Amazing. Tenouutaten and all that.
2.Denpa Men
Sticker Star's music just isn't as catchy for as long. It's beginning takes way too much time for the real jazz to kick in, and by that time I'm already a bit bored with it.

1: Jet Set Radio Future. This song deserves at least one vote, and it probably won't win in the end anyway. Even though I agree with @CanisWolfred, IMO "Everybody Jump Around" is the best one.
2: Paper Mario Sticker Star

2) Paper Mario: Sticker Star (I enjoyed them about the same, but I'll give the edge to Sticker Star, since I had that tune stuck in my head for a couple weeks.)

Lol Jet Set Radio Future might do worse than Crazy Bus. Sad, because I actually liked Jet Set Radio Future's its catchy and everything. But later on, the song just gets annoying.

Concept of love was quite good but not as good as the MP2 title theme.
2. Paper Mario: Sticker Star
Neither were that god but this is better than the Denpa men title theme
