Umm...this looks pretty bad. I'm definitely in the crowd that's getting sick of all these remakes of stuff from the 80's, and I didn't even grow up with half of the originals! The Karate Kid, however, is a series that should've stopped at four (though I suspect some would argue The Next Karate Kid was too much), with no remakes. The originals are just too good to get this kind of crap treatment!
@madgear: Don't apologize for that post, it was a very good read! You've either just cemented the fact that they CAN'T remake BttF, or that it'll suck even worse than other remakes. I'm REALLY hoping it's the former!
