College graduate looking for a job. Anyone else looking for one?

Yep. Just you, me, and the other 9.1% of the American population that is unemployed. Keep looking, I'm sure you'll find something.

Yes. Been looking for awhile it's great fun.

All the jobs that are right for me are far away from where I live. I feel like I'm going to have to work at Wal-Mart.

I need a job. I can be your every man. I can cook and clean for you. Do your laundry. Tuck your kids in at night and read them a story. I can look after your pets or even become your pet. I will dress up as a dog and walk on all fours for you. I can purr and meow like a cat. I even have my own giant cage with a swing I can bring over and act like a bird where I demand crackers and squawk all the time. I can be your girlfriend, boyfriend or whatever you want me to be. I'm an every man. Need someone to go shopping with your wife and tell her how pretty she is? I can do that and so much more. Lost a loved one and want them back? I will undergo plastic surgery to look like them and even legally change my name to their name. Just someone.... PLEASE give me a job!

I have two possible jobs lined up. Working at a supermarket .-. or setting up concerts around the city

You gotta eat, right? Nothing wrong with taking a crap job for the short term until your prospects improve.

First year of college is done for me, but still jobless. I'll need one to pay off the next semester.

whilst i find the large part of your post humorous, this part is in bad taste, imho. i know you didn't mean it that way, but as the mom of a dead 19 yr old, it is. sorry if i am being too sensitive.

5 years out of college and I still don't have one in my field.

And as for "any" job, I'm now three weeks without one. Life sucks! I do have an interview on Monday though....Production work....yayyy.....

Just got myself signed up to a job agency.

Seems like everywhere I go looking for a job I get turned down. Plus it's all done on the internet now.
You ask for an application and they just tell you go do it on the computer. What if I'd rather talk to a real person and actually show some effort? It's not the same as typing up a bunch of credentials on a computer. How am I ever supposed to be considered for a job when there's thousands of more qualified people applying online?
Sometimes I get so frustrated with it.
