I just remembered another one.... NOTE THAT I'M LEFTY(and by lefty I mean I have almost ZERO coordination in the right hand) Kid Icarus Uprising on difficulty 9.0, but only the air sections I'm fine at the ground ones.

I forgot to do my own list. These are the only games I had trouble with.
DMC3 (getting all SS was worth it)
Firepower 2000 (played this one when I was 5-years-old and couldn't beat it since)
Sin & Punishment: Star Successor (I even die on normal )
F-Zero X (blame the player, not the game)
Yu-Gi-Oh! Forbidden Memories (this game ****** cheats)
Zelda ll: Link's Adventure
...I'm gonna have to add Donkey Kong Country Returns. Died a few times on the first level, lol. Best game I've played recently, though! It's really amazing!
Flandre- "I've been in the basement. For about 495 years."
Marisa- "That's sweet, I only get weekends off."

Marisa- It's so hot, I'm gonna die here.
Reimu- If you die, I'll feed your corpse to the birds.
Remilia- My, it'd be fine if you'd let me take care of tha...
I haven't tried Touhou yet, but I find most bullet hell games to be easy. I can weave through most patterns instinctively, although I'll fail if I actually try to plan out the movements I should be making lol
Faster shooters like Gradius and Xevious trip me up like nothing else though. I still can't beat the second level of '92 Summer Carnival: Recca - that game is perhaps the hardest shooter I've ever played D:
always thought I'd change to Gyarados after I turned 20 but hey, this is more fitting I guess. (also somebody registered under the original Magikarp name and I can't get back to it anymore orz)

Lol, I find other bullet hell games easy as well, but Touhou.....it's just something different entirely.

Oh, and also VVVVVV With all Trinkets (yes, including THAT one), and the I Wanna Be The Guy Levels of Super Meat Boy. I tried to finish all of meat boy, but it doesn't really work anymore for some reason.

I always question if games are easier these days or if there's a combination of gamepads being more responsive, 3d worlds making it easier to avoid getting hit, 2d characters having more moves than fire and jump now, and me not being an eight year old with temper.
As a kid I used to storm off in a huff if I couldn't do something, now I play 95% of games to completion.
A bit of Dara O'Briain on the subject. Be aware of some naughty language, but it's still funny:
Isn't it obvious that Falco Lombardi is actually a parrot?
For me it's La Mulana. The boss fights towards the end (Tiamat!!!) are nothing short of ridiculous. And I will hide in the corner and cry at the mere mention of Hell Temple...

The most difficult games I like and remember right now are:
Elite beat agents
Gradius V
Super Meat Boy
Punch Out
And my favorite, Spelunky for PC, I really recomend it! There is also a free version on the official site.
