I just bought myself a Amazon Fire TV Stick online "still hasn't been delivered yet", but I was wondering if there's any worthwhile free TV/Music apps available on the device? I already have a ton of content that I'll be able to watch via Hulu and Netflix, but it'd be nice if there were free apps with content that neither of those services currently offer. I don't even mind if the app is live television broadcasts as opposed to video on demand as long as it's got some good programs!

Anyways feel free to talk all about these devices in this thread "and hopefully answer my opening question".

Well I can't say anything for a fire tv but that's cause I have a Roku stick. I really like it. The paid services I get are Hulu, Netflix, and WWE Network so with those three alone I have plenty to watch. If the Fire TV is like Roku there is probably a bunch of free channels too like Crackle, Crunchyroll, Tubi, and hundreds more. It all depends what your into. There is also Sling which costs I think 20 dollars a month and you can get live tv with that.

Overall it's a much cheaper alternative to cable or satellite and I am very happy with it.

Np.

And I am not sure cause again I have Roku. If it's anything like the Roku it will say in the description if it's a free app or a free trail and then a monthly price afterwards or if it's a paid one from the get go.
