I was just at best buy yesterday and it was $40. Side note, yesterday i saw on Amazon that micro sd card were dirt cheap. Saw a 200gb one for like $40 or something like that, I can't remember
If anyone is still hurting for a SNES Classic, Walmart in the US (as of this writing) has them back in stock for the normal $79.96. It's not really a sale, but it's not at an inflated price either.
Currently playing: Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story + Bowser Jr's Journey, Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana (Switch)
Civ 6 - $45 - Amazon US
Diablo 3 - $50 - Amazon US
TWEWY:FR - about $33 - Amazon JP (price went up right after I bought it, maybe I affected their pricing algorithm, haha)
HORI 4 joy con charging stand - about $25 I think - Amazon JP
The Final Station - $10 - US eShop
Abzu - $16 - US eShop
Wal-Mart pretty much has everything on sale Nintendo related. I didn't see anything over $50 with the exception of yoshi.. even 3ds games are severely discounted. Kirby extra epic yarn was $32.
TBH I think Walmart is trying to get rid of a lot of their 3DS inventory barring very recent releases. They've had a lot of 3DS games and even a couple of Switch games on clearance. That's how I landed Fire Emblem Fates: Birthright for $19 last month.
It may be worth checking a local store just to see what you find!

@CrazyZelda79 that really blows for the people who preordered or picked it up day 1. That's why I'm always hesitant to preorder a game with no discount or incentive. This proves why. I used to love mortal kombat during the geneisis/ super Nintendo days but i quickly fell out of love with the series shortly after. With that said, I don't think I'll be grabbing it any time soon, unless there's a pretty big discount. I'm really in no rush to try it out despite hearing it's getting great reviews
Said it before And Ill say it again. Unless you get a hefty discount or special offer for perodering, just wait it out. More often than not games are going on sale the day of or day before release.

This is my general approach to most Nintendo games and is why I very rarely preorder anything unless there's a very attractive special edition or preorder bonus.
This has bitten me in the rear recently though. If I had known Yo-Kai Watch 3 would have such a limited print run....

@Tyranexx yep I hear you. Im waiting patiently for the resident evil games to go on sale. The way things are going, i wouldn't be suprised if it's soon. I don't think alot of people are preordering due to the price.
Forget just pre-ordering. The only game I have bought at full price on the Switch is BOTW. So much goes on sale nowadays, it is better to just wait. Sometimes it doesn't work (still waiting on Skyrim to not cost 3x more on Switch than every other system), but I still have so many games even doing this I am willing to wait even longer.
@Xyphon22 Right on, this is also my philosophy. I have so many games, I don't really need to get things as they release. I just add them to my ever-growing sale list and pick them up once the price drops. Then they join the backlog.
