Topic: The console wars and fanboyism should end NOW!!!!

This is a opinion based feed where we talk about the end of the console wars and fanboyism

I feel like it should end

total console war !!!
all hail nintendo!

I would rather Nintendo start competing again. I think they were at their best when they were competing with Sega now I think they don't bother to the same extent.

If you think fanboyism and the console wars will ever end, well, I hope you stay away from the internet for the rest of your life.

Some people can't help being a fanboy

I doubt new consoles in the physical sense will keep getting released, so at least technically it will end in perhaps 10 years or so.

Its not like we can ban fanbois.....its called freedom of speech(This depends on what country you are in)

Also fanbois can fuel the big 3 competitions for each other meaning they will try to one up each other thus giving us better products

Lastly console wars will always be a thing as long as there is more then one console out because how else are we going to defend our empire nintendo from the sony white knights and xbots

I should point out how false this statement is...

That we are the union of gamers who do not want to have anymore fighting between consoles we are all gamers and all of us play different consoles that each console is the same and we all play games all we have is different playing ideas. We also like where we all respected everyone's opinion on there console choice. That all of us need to move on from the age of console wars and fanboyism and that we are the new era of gamers that still want each console to become better every generation.

also this is voluntary we are not forcing this on anyone we just want peace in console gaming.

No it will have peace and understanding of each other

So should every war on earth and Congress should actually work together instead of bickering all year and getting nothing done. Fantasies are a nice thing to have in a world of chaos

Not just boring but in general gaming would be worse off. It's the competition which is partly brought out in console wars that lead to overall improvements. Companies do not change until they're forced to and it's the fanbase who have that power to change things by voting with their money!

As long as there is more then one console there will be console wars. As long as there is material things there will be fanboys. Trying to stop that is like trying to end racism.

I guess we will never see Nintendo change then.
