So I very recently did this in RollerCoaster Tycoon....
Yes, it is a simple rendition of Baby Park from Double Dash!! I colored it the best I could using pink for one side and blue for the other. It is even 7 laps in length! But I made two mistakes. First, the track is backwards and second, the start line is in the wrong place.
Still a great idea!
And decent execution... not that the Go Kart tool is especially challenging.
Well, the Go Kart construction is a close second in simplicity, only losing to Boat Hire.
I'm going to give it another attempt soon, I'll make sure to do it correctly this time.

Try beating X6, that one was just irritating, not to mention one of the worst in the entire series.
Rushed, lazy and not necessary. The X series was supposed to end at X5, and that's the way i like to see it....

What about X7? I can see your reasoning behind X6, but X7 bring a horrible taste in most mouths.
The Megaman Battle Network series is underrated... I think, don't quote me on this.
I attempted to beat Sonic 3 & Knuckles, and I only made it up to the the 2nd form of the boss in Death Egg Zone Act 2. By that time, I had gotten like a dozen game overs, which send you back to Death Egg Zone Act 1 when you get one on that boss, so it was frustrating for me. It was especially getting to me after getting a dozen game overs in Lave Reef Zone, so I went to Sonic & Knuckles, used the level select to get to Doomsday Zone (I can't seem to get a level select in S3&K), and beat that. Sonic and Knuckles's ending is virtually identical to Sonic 3 & Knuckle's, so I didn't really miss anything.

Heh, This reminds me of the in when I got to the final boss of Death egg in sonic 2 and I built up so many 12 lives and 5 continues. I used all but 11 lives and 5 continues to beat this guy............................even though I beat this guy a couple times before.
