@gusilverflame I would love to play with you but I have to leave tomorrow (10 am) so I can't before next weekend (I am going to keep posting in this thread though via my phone from no-mans land )

I'm having to get my 3DS repaired...... It was screwed up already, not keeping a charge for longer than 5 minutes, but now it's gotten to the point that it'll just go completely KA-PUOOT even if it's plugged in. First started doing that the other day...
At least it costs less than getting a new one... $102...
@Metroidlink first time was to fix the scratches caused by the bottom screen hitting the top screen while closed; second was because the top screen somehow got stuck beyond the maximum brightness, and the third time was because my mom somehow broke the circle pad (it stopped automatically snapping back to the center). Haven't had any issues since, though!
oh just bad luck then, ok btw I never understood how the bottom screen scratch thing, was it something with the NA release models or could it be with my 3DS too I just didn't notice it?

@Metroidlink could have just been NA, I dunno. I've since escaped the problem by keeping a cloth in the system at all times while it is closed; that rather handily fixes the problem.

so the talk is about broken 3DSes?
mine broke once, sent it to repair got a new R button and just so it wouldn't be too expensive they left the scratches on the top screen untouched(I learned to live with it)

@GuSilverFlame when I sent mine in for the brightness problem, I just mentioned the malfunctioning L & R buttons and scratches on the top-screen (I had some new scratches at that point, but not from the screens hitting each other) in the damage report, and they fixed those problems for me, too!
...I never mentioned them on the phone or anything.
If they compromised the sound files it would take much longer but it would take much less space... I wonder how much space the game would have taken then
