Anyone play Pokemon showdown? its a awesome pokemon online game where you can play competitive pokemon. Its free and you don't have to download it to play it. ^.^
You can pick from any pokemon and its rules are based off of the official tournament rules and in uses the official pokemon Tier system. Still updating it for gen 6 though so they don't have all the gen six Tiers. There is also stuff like Mono-type, double battles, Hackamons, balanced Hackamons.
It is highly used by competitive Pokemon players so you can say that your rank on there is you rank in pokemon battling worldwide. ^.^
There is also smogon where it gives you all the information in great detail. Shows you what pokemon are in what tiers (some are in more then one.) and what sets would work well with them. Moves/items/EV's/strategy's, also tells you there checks and counters so you can prepare against them or to support them. They don't have then gen 6 yet though, they have to work through a lot to see what works and what does not.

I've been using the Nintendo video a little since I've got my new SD card.. it has some pretty decent stuff like the Pikmin safari and the Misadventures of Link, that single Kirby right back at ya! episode and dinossaur office(yeah I like this one)
