I'll raise a glass some time after, to remind me of all the interesting conversations I both followed and participated in, and our mutual friend @rjejr was also a frequent participant in those, so he might also be just a little more grumpy than usual, after reading you're going to leave... (or not: you never know with him )

In the beginning, all your account/avatar name switches kinda confused and puzzled me, but the writing style was ultimately what made it recognizable.

Anyway, hope you will finally get all your ducks in a row, and good luck with all the family and pet stuff.

Small tip in case that happens: just don't comment on PS, so you won't be bothered there. I don't either, so I never had any trouble with that, which means it is actually quite possible to just hang around and chat on NLife alone, regardless of the shared profile.

I’m just now a bit more active on here, and you’re one of the users I notice in comments. You’re alright, you seem like you’d be down to eat blueberry pancakes on top of a train. That’s all that’s truly important.

So my 15yr old spaniel just got put to sleep, I wasn't going to have her on medication for a condition that would inevitably get worse and impact her QoL.

Not even 45 damn minutes later I get told the trainer for a prospective puppy is coming over TONIGHT instead of Friday, to meet our puppy and do a house check.

The speed at which I wanted to just unload on this person was unreal.

In your minds eye, you pick up one of the bottles, sit your weary bones down on the beach, letting your back rest on one of those big almost horizontally growing palm trees, and you open the bottle to take a swig from the bottle. You close your eyes to savor the moment... And when you open them again, you feel completely at rest, enjoying the view, the ambient sounds and the company of a good bottle of booze.

Is it working already? If so, I charge by the hour, but this one's a freebie...

I have to say it was hilarious reading the old posts in the GPD thread of you and Jax going at it. Like yin and yang colliding then dividing by zero. You're always cynical about everything (even more than me, which is an impressive feat indeed!) and Jax is happy enthusiastic super excited about pretty much EVERYTHING always I kind of picture Jax to look like a puppy in a shirt and tie.... But that collision was epic with you two.

I honestly don't know, and from what you said earlier, it's probably a whole bag of mixed feelings...

@NEStalgia He was various iterations of BLP-s before that. He has a pretty decent YouTube channel called British Lets Plays, hence his original abbreviation BLP-s...

@Knuckles-Fajita Ahh, I also had no idea that YummyHappy was the same as BLP....sigh people really should notify me of these kinds of changes. I suppose the writing should be a give-away, but I remember having a conversation with BLP about the Naughty Dog camera, and then one day having a conversation with Yummy about something or another, and then recently seeing Knuckles. I never quite tied it all together

I couldn't sleep well again.
Well, lately i felt lonely and had a lot of things on my mind.
It was 3 am here, but i still awaken.

When I can't sleep I put music on my tablet and set it to end on a two hour timer.

I almost always fall asleep before it finishes the first hour.

I love it when I'm just about to fall asleep, already starting to dream but not not fully, and a scary soundtrack plays and it changes the mood in my half-dreams. Though sometimes it manages to wake me up.
