And while you guys are freezing, we got a pretty decent day today. But tomorrow we’re back to over 30ºC... Ugh. I really want some winter right now.

I have a chronic lack of time, for everything.

Now playing: Xenoblade Chronicles 2

Ah, I forgot you're transitioning into summer! I'll take warm over cold, personally.

I'd rather be cold and make a blanket cocoon in winter than be sweaty and uncomfortable in summer.

Yeah I don’t know either.

@Aidan7707: That calculates to roughly 86 degrees Fahrenheit. Which wouldn't be too bad for me unless the humidity is high.

...Too lazy to look this up right now, but why does the US use different measurements for temps, distance, etc. compared to the rest of the planet?

Yup, the US uses the imperial system. Or at least their own version of it.

Probably as a leftover from their origin as a far-away english colony, which continued into an eternal state of "let's just keep the same road signs"

Octane

Every developed country adopted the metric system at some point. Fun fact, even the United States adopted the metric system, and the entire imperial system is defined in metric units. People just... don't use it...

Octane

Anti-Matter

Indonesia uses metric system such as metre, centimetre, kilograms, litre, etc.
Never uses another measurement such as mile, yard, inch (only for monitor size), etc.

Btw, without French Revolution, Metric system will NEVER do Exist.

My Top 5 games :
1. Dance Dance Revolution series (10 / 10)
2. The Sims series (9 / 10)
3. Portal Knights Switch (9 / 10)
4. Animal Crossing New Leaf 3DS (9 / 10)
5. ARMS (8 / 10)

Napoleon introduced the metric system and it was only spread after the declaration of the First Empire. I don't think the French Revolution was directly connected? Without Napoleon's regime the metric system would likely not have spread throughout Europe.

@Tyranexx the humidity here in the summer is typically 80%. unlike the winters which only have 60% humidity.

Y'know, with how much people complain about My Nintendo, it has done one thing right in my situation. I don't pick up most of the eshop games that I want right away, and as a result I've gotten plenty of discounts through the program. It has helped with both backlog control and my budget.

...So technically two things.

I put a collar with jingle bells on one of my cats.

He looked more disoriented and scared than merry. He even went a bit cross-eyed.

The dog seems to handle it better.

lol, did he spin around a circles a lot? That's how Sanya reacted when I got her a new collar, the new bell was driving her crazy. xD

He kind of looked at random directions whenever one of the four bells rang, rolled at random times, and then started gnawing on a dry branch he found.

I could remove the collar while he was distracted looking at nothing.

I think maybe the bells were a bit too loud for him.

Yeah I don’t know either.
