I'm now worried that if My dad stops going to Dubai, then I won't be able to buy Nintendo products since in my hometown, Nintendo products aren't available an when they are, they are pirated most of the time and I don't want to buy pirated stuff. This means that I won't be able to buy Nintendo products anymore and that I would be stuck with the 3DS generation of Nintendo with little to no chance of me getting either the Wii U or the next Nintendo console. I would be stuck with either piracy which is something I don't want to do or to be stuck with mobile gaming. This depresses me a lot and I don't feel motivated to get a job because in my country, nobody buys stuff but rather piracy is the thing. I can't understand why people in my country don't have any guilt with this. Its not like their salary is short or anything so why do piracy?
Again, this will depress me a lot because most of my gaming is from Dubai only and if none of my parents or relatives constantly go there anymore, then I can't get into Nintendo products ever.

It's probably because that type of piracy is legal in your country. Either you play the pirated games you want to and can (legally), or pay ridiculous amounts of money for maybe one or two games a year just because you feel bad for not supporting a multi-billion dollar corporation.

There is no piracy that is legal whether it be a country that supports it or not. Piracy is piracy and it hurts the gaming industry in many ways.
But even if I do that, That still doesn't matter because of the fact that majority of the latest 3DS games that I would want won't show up here in my home which makes it even more frustrating and depressing! XD
I really need to start learning another programming language. Right now all I know is SileBASIC (Which is usless outside of Petit Computer) and VisualBasic. (Which I've only ever used for Future Pinball) I also know like, and extremely tiny amount of HTML. I need to learn a language that's more widely used today, like Java or whatever the best C language is. Any suggestions on which would be the best language to start looking into next?

I believe the easiest transition from from SmileBASIC would be GML. It's the proprietary language of GameMaker Studio, and the syntax is very similar to languages such as C/C++ without the hassle of messing with pointers, classes, SDL, and the like. It's very much like Petit Computer in that it's focused on 2D games and the logic required should be familiar to you. The standard version is free, so you might as well give it a shot. If you end up making something cool, you can pay for export modules to iOS, Android, HTML5, PS4, etc. As someone who has worked with GameMaker for 10 years, I transitioned fairly easily into Puchicom. I'd imagine the opposite would be easy as well.
...At the very least, GMS' user manual is easier to access than Petit Computer's.
