Not for me, almost any program will revert to bilingual keyboard after running for a while. See, é É § ¶ µ ` ¸ ¨ It is really quite annoying.

@HolyMackerel: I know how to make one with a traditional keyboard just fine -- i cut my teeth on a Pokemon forum back in the day, after all However, laptop computers don't have a real number pad that's easily accessible, thus why i said:
if i still operated on a desktop computer, i'd be fine, but having to mess with function keys and a number pad mapped to the right hand letters, it's just annoying. :3
