Topic: The Best Game Of All Time

What's the best single game you've ever played, if you have to name just one? My choice would be very unsurprisingly The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. I just played it through once again and it still amazes me.

That's a really hard choice, but Genso Suikoden II is the first that comes to mind.

Think I'll go with Links Awakening, timeless classic still as good today as it ever was IMO.

Really tough choice... I think I might go with MHT, I've played it more than any other game and still play it. No matter what other games I get I keep going back to it and I feel like my collection is complete with that game. What makes it great though is really the people you play with with. I don't know what I'll do when the server inevitably close...

Currently a 3 way tie with Ocarina, Majora's mask, and the Wind Waker, but I think the 3DS version of Ocarina will take the number one spot for me.

My favourite games are usually the ones that I wasn't expecting to be great, but after I finished them... wow.

I'd say that the very best one is probably Ocarina of Time, but it's not my favorite. That's, of course, Day of the Tentacle.

One game to rule them all, one Game to bring them all and in the darkness bind them: The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.

You can't make me choose.

Super smash bros. brawl. I would do a top 5 or 10 but it's hard to put them in order.

Monster Hunter Tri is also great.
As is SMG2, Zelda: WW, FFIX, FFXIII, MPT, and lots others. I can't decide! D':

I keep coming back to Ocarina of Time. To me it's still the best, most memorable game.

Honorary mentions go to Chrono Trigger, Super Mario Bros. 3, Super Mario Galaxy and Pokémon Gold/Silver/Crystal.

Super Mario Galaxy 2 for me.

Metal Gear Solid. Words can't describe this gem.

Other games I'd like to mention are Super Mario World, Super Metroid, Donkey Kong Country, Mega Man X, Final Fantasy 10, and Metroid Prime.

Man that's tough to decide, as I got so many favorites. If I were to pick only one, though, I'd have to say Final Fantasy VI. The story is just... absolutely amazing. How they managed to put so much characterization and emotion into a 16-bit game is beyond me.

Other games I'd like to mention are: Legend of Zelda Wind Waker, Ocarina of Time, and Link's Awakening, as well as Super Metroid, Metroid Prime, Fire Emblem Sacred Stones, and of course, Super Mario RPG.
