Topic: Terminator Salvation (Movie)

What did you guys think about it? I saw it yesterday and was very impressed. Im a big fan of the original two movies and liked the 3rd as well. Judgement Day is prob one of the best movies ever made in my opinion. I thought Salvation was well worth the Terminator name and held tru to events predicted in earlier movies.

The best part was the guest appearance near the end. You know who I'm talking about.

yeah, it was alright. I was expecting much worse. nice to see it set in the future for a change. there was some good acting in it and god-awful acting in it, which brought it down. for some reason, the movie did feel like Transformers though. interesting they had a preview for that before the movie.

It's not out in the UK until next week but I am really looking forward to seeing this. Please say the governor of California shows his face! lol

I thought it was a great summer movie: Loud, fun, not too deep and full of shiny special effects. Sure, the acting was weak for some of the actors, but that's not too surprising.

It was alright. I liked the movie Star Trek better.

I didn't like it, I am a big fan of the first 3, but this one came up short.

I hate to say it but Transformers Revenge of the Fallen looks a lot better.

I told my brother in law that when he went and saw it just to remember that the second movie is one of the best movies ever filmed so dont expect it to be better cause its not, but its still a dang good Terminator movie. And holds very true to what the Terminator series is all about, I liked that alot myself. I really enjoyed it.

I quite enjoyed it. I didn't expect anything other than a bit of a mindless action flick, which is pretty much what I got. One satisfied customer. Way more enjoyable than the disappointing T3. I really don't understand some of the criticisms leveled at the movie. Subpar plot, acting, dialog in comparison to the first two? Come again? T1&2 were fairly subpar in that department as well, not to mention all the cheesy one-liners, none of which exist in the new movie. Why would terminators wear ragged clothing? Well, duh! To look like people from a distance. Seriously, those critics just aren't too bright. The movie certainly won't win any awards aside from maybe special effects, but that's okay by me. A fun movie is still a fun movie.
