Topic: Tablet Help

We just got our tablet in the mail today (a Supersonic SC-74JB, that runs on Android 4.1), and while it seems to be working for the most part, it won't connect to our Wi-Fi.

It recognizes our network (and it's in range), but after we enter the password, it never gets past the authentication stage, stating that there's been an authentication problem (this happens every time).

Now, none of our other devices have trouble connecting to the internet (3DS, brother's iPad, PS3, 360, Wii, & Laptop), so it's just happening with this device, & I was wondering if any of the more tech savvy members of NL could help me out? Is it possible our Wi-Fi simply won't accept another device?
