The backlight on my wife’s Switch keeps coming on when it’s turned off, and on sleep mode, and I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem/knows of a solution?
When you google the issue a few people are saying they’re experiencing the same, but no one has a solution. From the looks of it’s something that’s happened since the last couple of updates!
We emailed Nintendo who, disappointingly, said we should send it to them and pay for it to be fixed. Seemed off, considering how much we paid for it and the fault is out of our control. The other problem is that we are currently living in China, which means there’s no way we can send it to them! We did mention that in our email to them, but got the automated ‘pay and we’ll fix it’ email.
