I was at my local FYE and saw this movie and I was like "OK ill buy it". Then I was almost at the counter and then I whacked myself for almost making the worst desision of my life

I'm never going to see this movie. Nobody can make me.

This is an insult to the mario series. It's nothing like the games.

I'd buy it if I could. =D Lol. This movie is so bad it's hilarious. If nothing else, I'd annoy the crap out of others by making them watch it with me!

Eh, I watched it a lot as a child. Looking back at it now, it's so very cheesy and untimely short. Also, there were many things that were not accurate to the original source material. Nostalgia's a funny thing, and this one of those times that it failed me totally. [sigh]

Actually, the movie screenplay is older than the game. It was just in production hell, and having a game based on it helped to get it finished. So the game is ridiculous, and the movie makes perfect sense.

Dear God, I've forgotten all about that. Maybe it's a good thing I haven't seen the Super Mario Bros. movie since I moved from Italy seven summers ago...
