Ok Guys this is very weird i tried calling from my Cell & it goes through but i'm low on minutes so i hung up but when i call from my house it says its busy EDIT: not even 2 seconds after i hung up.

That's VERY odd. I have no further suggestions, and admit fully that the one I had to begin with was somewhat patronizing and of the sort which I would personally resent being given. My presence here is really 100% curiosity and time-wasting now.

Before you e-mail, I'd just keep trying. Try at a time when you don't think it will be busy, or try it using someone elses phone.
