Have you ever had an experience with a shiny Pokemon? Are you currently trying to get one? Talk about it here!

My first was last year in Y. I was just about to exit connecting cave when a whismer hoard appeared. There it was. A yellow and pink whismer. I fought all but the shiny one, until I used a luxary ball and caught the shiny whismer. It is now a level 72 exploud.

I caught an awesome purple and green almamola in y while chain fishing. This morning I chain fished for a shiny poliwhirl as well. It's now a shiny poliwrath. I don't have a shiny in AS yet.

Funny that you mention it, because I just caught a shiny Cresselia a few seconds ago.

However, we already have a thread about shiny Pokemon.
