Great atmosphere in this song from Indochine.
Brian Molko from Placebo sings with'em on this track.

Here's another one. It's the latest summer hit around these parts.

Artist: Baby K. Not much to say about this one, she's a rapper/pop singer and that's about it.
Song: Da Zero A Cento ("From zero to one hundred") - a relaxing and catchy reggaeton song.

I don't quite have lots o' loot, because I'm from the Boot.

So, since I'm a Spaniard living in Japan and I'm not sure anymore which is my country, I'll share music from both countries.

From Spain, Fito & Fitipaldis (Medalla de Cartón)

From Japan Porno Grafitti (The Day) (This song is the opening theme used in the first season of My Hero Academia)

Enjoy!

@AlexSora89 that's not really what I'm used to but there is something "vaccationish" that reminds me some trips I've made in the past !

@Anti-Matter this is for you :
" L'escadrille survole l'ile de Krakatoa, tout finira ici, à l'Est de Java... " which means " Skuadron itu terbang di atas pulau Krakatau, semuanya akan berakhir di sini, di timur Jawa "

@maruse : Fito & Fitipaldis, ellos son buenos !
Japan Porno Grafitt : it's like the guy who sing is gonna die for his song LOL, I love that !

@Yosheel : los mexicanos saben cómo sonreír

Thanx to all of you for the discoveries !

@ogo79 - I played that three times for my kids last night, and they danced like little maniacs. My daughter asked me what that thing is at the beginning of the video that keeps flashing. I told her it was a camera, and then sent her to bed without dinner.

I’m gonna read more through this topic when I have time to try to get more familiar with some of you.

In the meantime, I’d like to share a song from my country, that I actually wrote and performed, with the help of some awesomely talented people.

I’m not asking anyone to buy it, you can listen for free, and I’d love to hear input.

If you think I sound a fool here, oh boy.
You should hear me on Spotify or Apple Music.

Soooooooo...

First thing first, congrats for the production value, the mixing and the mastering. That's a clear, neat and clean job based on what I listened. Big up !
I like the "patchwork" of the two dinstinct atmospheres that I hear on the track. There is the roundish one that slide more into calmness and softness and at the same time, something more keen, more edgy but subduded too. That's really interesting from my point of view.

It's like you applied here, a known music rule "question/answer" but inside of the track itself, not only as a simple rule but really as a structural pattern.

You can be proud of yourself dude.

PS : dunno if it's the final version of the track but if it's not, I think you could amplified a little the snare during the refrain because the kick is really great the way it is and that little touch of infra bass is just perfect !

Now, I have a question : Is it made under Pro Tools ?

And yes, he is (usually) always right, and he is (almost) the sexiest gamer out there (not counting me) ;)

@ogo79 - If you factor in how lucky your kids would be to have you for a dad, they’d still be way ahead with only two or three dinners a week. They’ll be fine.

Here are a couple more from Japan:

I'm a Metal head, and these girls are great. Baby Metal (Megitsune):

This next one is pure J-pop, so not my favorite genre, but I love the video. Kyary Pamyu Pamyu (Fashion Monster)

Yep, some places in Italy are great to scratch the vacation itch. I'm not merely talking about seasides either.

I always share a lot of Australian music. I guess this thread would be more suited for something that was huge in Australia but would be basically unknown outside? So here's a track from an artist that was pretty huge in Australia and, as far as I'm aware, pretty much unknown outside....

And a song from an artist that was a big deal in Australia for years before becoming known globally as being a one-hit wonder with one song that ended up with over a billion views on youtube....
