According to 1up, Miyamoto states that he feels that the Star Fox series was losing a number of fans (One of the reasons another one hasn't been developed yet.) But yet again they ask Cuthbert about it who states that one isn't in developement.(Who wouldn't guess.) How would you guys look at that?
Well J-Man with my knowing of this topic i think that with Wii Sports Resort they came out with that over head flying thing. Anywho i think there is a Star Fox in the Giant brainstorming pot that is Nintendo but they might wanna keep it on the down low
It did but they think that they're losing their fanbase. Which is a ridiculous thing to think considering that I know alot of people who love the franchise.
I love me some old school star fox. star fox 64 is one of my favorite N64 games. I'd love a sequel that got back to its roots of flying around and shooting stuff.
I am way too lazy to think of something clever. My Backloggery
We're getting Sin & Punishment 2 ffs, and that was never supposed to happen. Starfox can't die, he musn't. If we don't see a Starfox Wii I will be very surprised (and upset to).
@Nes_Boy64: That looks good dude, but I couldn't bring myself to play it, bit of a purist when it comes to Nintendo.
I'm currently working through my VC, attempting to 100% (again) all the games I have downloaded and not played. This thread has pushed me in the direction of Lylat Wars. Yay.
I really hope Nintendo haven't given up on the franchise, especially now we have motion+, which as we already know from WSR, makes flying fun. Ya might break your arm whilst trying to outmaneuver enemies though.
The Star Fox series doesn't deserve to die, but its currnet situation is Nintendo's fault. The last proper game was released 13 years ago and the Gamecube saw nothing but two crappy spinoffs. The DS game was alright, but not what fans wanted at all.
"The government of the United States is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion."
Let me put it this way: If the characters at any point exit their ship, the game designers have already failed. StarFox fans want 3D space shooting. Anything else is...
@Prosody: that meme's been kept alive thanks to places like YTMND. Too bad their epic plan to get Optimus Prime to say it in the first Transformers movie didn't work out. :3
BEST THREAD EVER future of NL >:3
[16:43] James: I should learn these site rules more clearly
[16:44] LztheBlehBird: James doesn't know the rules? For shame!!!
Save Star Fox? Easy. Make a Star Fox game that's what the fans want; i.e. aerial dogfighting all the way through.

There can only be one, like in that foreign movie where there could only be one, and in the end there is only one dude left, because that was the point.
