I would look around for a way to stream the game from the N64 console itself. Iwata coded the battle engine for Pokémon stadium in one week by himself, Pokémon Gold or Silver should also be chosen as he was able to conceive of a compression method for the game which allowed Kanto to be in the game.

I hope it hasn't already been said but seeing how close Iwata was with HAL during his early periods of work might I suggest BoxBoy? I feel like it's something Iwata was proud of when it was created. He always tried to push for new ideas.

There are a fair few games we wont be able to do, like Melee, which is impossible to find and most N64/Handheld stuff.

We want to start at 3pm GMT on the 25th July. Adjust for your timezones obviously. Each game currently on our definitely list will be shown, and its quite a show coming up.
