I'm going to assume that the main purpose of this topic is about who the best bounty hunter is, and regardless of what low-grade bounty hunters are mentioned in the title, they are unimportant if not the best, which they aren't. Now you may be perplexed as to what I'm going on about, but it really is quite simple. If my premise that this topic is about the best bounty hunter, then clearly all posts are off-topic, and should be moderatorated. However if it is about who is better between Samus and Wobbufett, then it is not so off topic, and the second part of the title is.
On an on-topic note, Captain Falcon is the best bounty hunter, it is irreputable fact. Perchance you could say someone is better in your opinion and that opinions can't be wrong, however they can be wrong and it would be a wrong opinion.
In the non-best bounty hunter topic possibility, I would choose Wobbufett since it's a blue uber pokemon that partakes in wars in the stars! Also Metroid's story is just a facade for a silly robot vs dinosaur action game, with strong pro-robot sentiments as the robot is the protagonist, as well as being alone against a dinosaur army.

Boba Fett hands down. He tracked down every subject and detained them for capture. He escaped the sarlacc, captured many notorious jedi and villians. People think he's evil just because that's what they saw in the movie (him working for vader). Truth is, he was earning a living. He did hate jedi, but that's rooted in that his "father" (Boba was a clone of Jango Fett) was decapitated by Mace Windu. Since then he became creative in his tactics to take people down. He improved his armor (which was repainted in 19 BBY when he was 12 years old) and took all of Jango's tactics, the tactics taught to his clone "brothers", and used that as square one. I mean, yeah Samus is a bounty hunter too, but how many people has she captured? Also she is too loyal to the whole "good" and "right" side of things. While that makes her more of a hero, Boba is by far the better bounty hunter.

Sorry, but after Boba Fett went down like a goofball into the Sarlac Pit after someone mistakenly hit his jet pack I could no longer respect the man. He died like a complete idiot. Plus Samus is a hot chick. That always wins.
Sorry, but Boba didn't die. He lived in the Sarlac for many years being safe from digestion with his mandalorian armor. When he got out he found that someone had been impersonating him, and he was numero uno on Boba's hit list. Heck, Boba even outsmarted vader in a battle! Vader! The force sensitive "see into the future for all possible outcomes" guy with the cool cape.

Samus is a puzzle-solving, upgrade-finding, pirate-killing, world-saving, tactical genius. But, she isn't really a bounty hunter anymore. After she joined the federation, she became more of a galactic law-enforcer. This one is going to the Fett-man, because he was a hunter until the day he died from a comical jetpack accident.

Well, each has good points. Samus Pros: She's the star of one of the best game series ever. She's a . She's hot. A bunch of other reasons. Cons: She loses her weapons and other items WAY to easily. Not much else. Boba Fett Pros: Jet packs are awesome He escapes the Sarlac Pit eventually He's just pretty cool over all. Cons: He fell into the Sarlac Pit way too easily He's not a hot girl Some other reasons....
Samus, obviously. Boba Fett is kind of awkward character, and Captain Falcon is just a joke (even though F-Zero series rock).
